Family of 19 thoroughly enjoyed house facilities and beach location

WOW! What a great stay our family of 10 had at the Silver Peso!!! It's just as you see in the pictures provided. Great Pool-Hot Tub and the POOL GUY came twice while we were there-Ping Pong Table-Outdoor Pool Table-Gas Grill and a great outdoor area. OK, now the inside. 3 floors. The first floor was 2 bedrooms with queen sized bunks with access to the back year. There was another bunk set in the hallway along with the washer/dryer. Main floor full living area along with table sitting for 10. Full kitchen had everything you needed to cook or serve probably over 20 people. It had all the little things like spices, lighter for gas grill, and double stack ovens. There is a King master on this floor as well. 3rd floor. 2 King bedrooms along with a sitting area that had a pull out bed and TV. We really loved the house and especially the back yard because when you're done beaching it, this was a great place to chill! Oh by the way, there's an extra refrigerator in the garage and an ice machine in the small butler area. We will be returning soon!

We just returned from a week at The Silver Peso and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, clean and in great condition. The backyard is great, so much space and different activities for adults and kids to enjoy. The kitchen had SO many utensils, place settings, spices, and other wonderful touches and the garage was loaded with lots of great beach chairs and toys.

The only downsides to the house was access to the ground floor from the backyard only goes to a bathroom connected to two bedrooms, so we those of us not staying in those rooms had to walk around to the front door to get inside the house.

The other downside is that beach access had changed from 200 feet down to the end of Miami St. to 1.5-2 blocks away at the end of Hollywood St. due to an HOA vote that occurred after we booked. Not the owners fault at all. It really doesn't make much sense as the beach chairs provided (a great bonus) were set up about midway between the two entrances. We were just as close to the "exclusive" HOA owners entrance as the guest entrance when on the beach, but the HOA makes you walk a long ways extra to get there.

Lastly, regarding the owners, Jon and Jennifer WERE AMAZING! We ran into a couple of small problems during our week and they stopped by within an hour to take care of them. They also answered every phone call from booking to our stay, right away. 10/10 customer service, thank you!

Even factoring the house layout and beach access gripes, this house is an easy 5 star experience. We paid thousands less than other houses in the neighborhood, had just as nice of a place and I'm certain had the BEST owners. Thank you!

We loved this house! It had everything you needed, for the beach and pool too. The managers are very helpful and very friendly. They respond to things when asked and if anything is needed at the house! Definitely recommend the Silver Peso!

We had a magical stay in the house. We hope to return. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, plenty of silverware, spices, oils and vinegars. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated.

This was the best vacation we ever had. The house was absolutely amazing. It had everything you would need and more. The backyard was the best thing. The whole family had the best time. Some minor issues, but all were resolved. Response to concerns was immediate. Vacation rental was more than just a house, and made the vacation memorable. The backyard made the property, especially with kids. It was a fun gathering place the for the group

We had the time of our lives. We never even needed to leave the property- everything was right there for us. The pool, hot tube, ping pong and pool tables kept 10 children and 9 adults happy and busy.

The Boomerang team and the Dukes have completely spoiled us. These properties have become our gold standard. When we rent homes in other places, our expectations are compared to the Boomerang properties and team which are far superior.

The Boomerang Beach House is gorgeous and the backyard is quite the entertainment center! We had a wonderful time. Your housekeeping crew does an excellent job. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is well equipped ...plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, and even a Keurig. All of the TLC and creativity you have put into your beach rentals adds so much to make a vacation enjoyable and memorablethey are the best!
