We are a family of 14, 4 married couples and 6 children ranging in age between 10-17, 3 girls, 3 boys. The bedrooms set up great for us. Each couple had a king-sized bed with en-suite, and the grandsons took one of the bunk bedrooms on upper floor, the 3 granddaughters the other. It was so nice that each of these bedrooms had en-suite also. We didn’t use the cabana apartment for sleeping but several adults made use of it for quiet work time. The pool area was enjoyed by all as was the beach. It was a beautiful week making happy memories.

This house is amazing! We had 17 family members from age 2 to 84 and never felt crowded. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could need and the living area and the bedrooms were so spacious. Unfortunately, we had several days of rain but the game room and the huge front porch were life savers. The pool and outdoor area were amazing as well and a perfect place to let the little ones swim while the adults relaxed. We loved the location and the short walk to the beach on the private street. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend precious time with family.

We are so glad your family had a wonderful time! This home is truly set up for the toddlers to the great-grandparents, and everyone in-between! The game room and porches are great respites from both rain and too much sun. Perfect week in an amazing home in a perfect proximity to the beach. Plenty of room for the 18 of us ranging from 2-67yrs old. There was something for everyone. The pool and hot tub were incredible and everyone enjoyed the game room and basketball goal. The Houses were beautifully decorated and well equipped. Looking forward to booking again.

Couldn't have found a better property for our families needs with nearly everything on the main floor with few steps to get in or out of the house. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The game room gave everyone something fun to play together during the chilly morning and evening hours.

We had three generations that stayed at Boomerang Reunion and it was great for all of us, ages 3 to 62. Our Grandkiddos love this beach house, with the pool, gameroom, and basketball hoop. Easy walk to the beach, Alvin's and the Dollar General. Very close to the Winn Dixie, shopping and Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream. Extremely comfortable and roomy home. Loved the private dead end street and the safety allowed for our Grandkiddos. Quite pleased with this beach house being two levels, instead of three or four. Thank you Boomerang Beach Rentals for an enjoyable stay!

Such an amazing property!! So roomy and beautiful. The pool was breathtakingly beautiful and perfect size for our group of 20 which included ages 10 months to 47yrs. Loved the tanning shelves, bubble fountains and built in seats in pool. My 3 sisters and all of our kids and husbands loved the house so much!! It was great that there were so many bathrooms(7 and a half) only improvement would be more than one bathtub. Extremely clean and great location, few houses from white sand beach on a private drive, no streets to cross. The owners thought of everything, 2 pack and plays and 2 highchairs were super helpful. Kids loved the extensive beach toys and pool toys. Teens loved the game room and basketball hoop was great for family time.. Parents loved the beautiful bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and ice machine. We had an issue with AC not working in cabana house but owners were quick to fix it and very apologetic. Later checkout and lower price would be my only things to improve on. We went at most popular time so price was it's maximum I believe. Such a perfect place,the owners did a great job!!

Our family of 23 had an amazing time. From the minute we booked to checkout was nothing short of perfect. The house is big and open but very comfortable and private rooms and bathrooms were appreciated. The pool hot tub is huge! The water was perfect temperature there was room for kids to play and adults to lounge and still room. Game room has something for everyone. We spent a lot of time in the evening in there it was a lot of fun. The walk to the beach was so quick and easy and since it was a private road no need to worry about cars coming down. There was plenty of space on the beach no need to get out there early to claim a space.

We had so much fun! We loved staying at Reunion! This is our third Destin stay, so our 3rd house in the area. The extras like ice maker, beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, and beach towels were very nice to have. The property had everything we needed. Boomerang Reunion House is beautiful and so well equipped for keeping kids entertained. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for a large group. AMAZING! We had the absolute best week at Boomerang Reunion. There was so much space for everyone to do their own thing, but also space for us to eat and play together. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, down our private, quiet street. The private beach was phenomenal. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Boomerang Vacation Properties or Boomerang Reunion. One of the best vacations, all 21 of us agreed! The pool area! The salt water pool was AMAZING! we pretty lived out there most of the week. The game area was pretty amazing, too. The kids loved jumping from basketball to air hockey to pool back to basketball.

This year was very affordable for everyone loved having the extras but couldnt use them because of the rain planned on fishing everyday but no boats went out we did get a free bike and ended up renting 2 additional ones . Oh my goodness, where do I even begin. I cant say enough about this fabulous house. The house was huge, with 4 bedrooms on main level, 2 upstairs and 2 more above the game room garage. We had 19 people in our group and the house was very spacious. The game room was fantastic. We had kids aged 6 and under and they had so much fun playing air hockey and shuffle board. The pool area was awesome. We had the pool heated and so glad we did. We stayed at the house from feb. 22-29 2020 and the weather wasnt the best. We swam in the pool every day but 2. The pool, hot tub was the biggest hit and we had so much fun. The ocean was about a 2 minute walk and the outlet mall is in walking distance as well. There is a Dollar General store a couple of blocks away that we went to quite often to pick up things that we needed. I cant say enough about this wonderful home to rent. I would highly recommend this place to stay at while in Destin.

Jon was fantastic to work with. I traveled with 8 families and all had different questions and requirements of the property. I had to reach out to Jon many times to address those questions and Jon's responses were prompt and informative. Such an amazing property, secure and gated. House was huge and can easily accommodate 30-40 people easily. The entire house was fully stocked with plenty of bath towels, pool/beach towels, kitchen necessities, even had an ice-maker! Highly recommend to anyone who are looking for a place to stay with a pool and close to the beach (6 houses away from beach entrance). The salt-water pool was gigantic and amazing!

All I can say about Boomerang Reunion is "WOW". This place has it all! From the huge living area and nicely stocked kitchen, to the king bedrooms, you can tell it was well thought out. And the amenities---largest pool in the area, the fully-stocked game room, and all the parking you'd ever need. We've spent a number of weeks in "beach houses" over the years, Boomerang Reunion has them all beat!

We were notified before arriving the microwave was not working, but a spare was ready to go on kitchen counter. The one above the oven was fixed by Day 2 of trip. No big deal AT ALL. Pool maintenance came out twice during the week to clean and check to make sure everything was working properly. We did have a little issue with dishwasher, contacted owners, repairman was out literally that day.

Everyone loved everything about this property. Great location, proximity to the beach and beach access. Home is beautifully decorated and the layout is perfect for multiple families. The pool and hot tub were amazing! The kids (and adults) enjoyed the garage game room and the paddle board! Plenty for all to do both indoors and out. Loved the open kitchen and extra ice maker too! Everyone was already discussing renting the same property for next year before the week had even ended!
